[ Celinas Stuffed Mushrooms ]

Ingredients:
- 12 portobello mushrooms (or any fillable mushrooms)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup mushroom stems, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (for topping)
Cooking Directions:
- Prepare mushrooms: Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the stems.
- Make filling: In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped mushroom stems, salt, and pepper.
- Fill mushrooms: Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps.
- Add cheese: Top each mushroom with shredded cheese.
- Bake: Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C (about 400°F) until the cheese is melted, approximately 15 minutes.
