[ Spicy Chicken Soup with Apple and Carrot ]

Ingredients:
- 450g chicken
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 2 onions
- 2 chilies (adjust according to heat preference)
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 500 ml water or chicken broth
- 100 ml cooking cream
- 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
- Salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar
Cooking Directions:
- Prepare vegetables: Peel and dice the carrots, apple, and onions. Finely chop the chilies.
- Sauté vegetables: In a pot, sauté the carrots, apple, onions, chilies, and garam masala over medium heat until the vegetables are translucent and tender.
- Add liquids: Add the diced tomatoes, water or chicken broth, and bouillon cubes to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Finish the soup: Stir in the cooking cream and season with additional garam masala, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Cook chicken: Dice the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté in a separate pan until fully cooked.
- Combine: Add the cooked chicken pieces to the soup just before serving.
