Ingredients:
- 500g chicken
- Rice
- Sauce
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- Crushed piripiri or cayenne pepper, to taste (adjust according to desired spiciness)
Cooking Directions:
- Prepare sauce: Mix together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Cook rice: Begin cooking the rice according to package instructions.
- Prepare chicken: Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook chicken: In a large pan, sauté the chicken until golden brown.
- Add sauce: Once the chicken is golden brown, add the sauce and cook on high heat until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
