Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 packs whole grain noodles
  • Mixed vegetables (wok blend)
  • Topping
    • Scallions
    • Lime
    • Sesame seeds
  • Sauce
    • 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    • 2 tbsp ketchup manis
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 large clove garlic (or 4 smaller cloves), minced

Cooking Directions:

  • Cook noodles: Prepare the noodles according to package instructions.
  • Cook salmon: Sauté the salmon fillets in a pan until cooked through, then set aside on a plate.
  • Cook vegetables: In the same pan, stir-fry the mixed vegetables until tender.
  • Combine ingredients: Add the cooked salmon, noodles, and sauce to the pan with the vegetables. Stir well to combine and heat through.
  • Serve: Top with chopped scallions, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of lime juice.
