Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 packs whole grain noodles
- Mixed vegetables (wok blend)
- Topping
- Scallions
- Lime
- Sesame seeds
- Sauce
- 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup manis
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 large clove garlic (or 4 smaller cloves), minced
Cooking Directions:
- Cook noodles: Prepare the noodles according to package instructions.
- Cook salmon: Sauté the salmon fillets in a pan until cooked through, then set aside on a plate.
- Cook vegetables: In the same pan, stir-fry the mixed vegetables until tender.
- Combine ingredients: Add the cooked salmon, noodles, and sauce to the pan with the vegetables. Stir well to combine and heat through.
- Serve: Top with chopped scallions, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of lime juice.
