[ Sweet Chicken ]

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken
- Rice
- Rapeseed oil or sunflower oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
- Sauce
- 2-3 tbsp kecap manis
- 2-3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Cooking Directions:
- Prepare vegetables: Slice the bell peppers into long strips and finely chop the garlic and ginger.
- Prepare chicken: Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Make sauce: Mix the sauce ingredients (kecap manis, sweet chili sauce, and sesame oil) in a small bowl.
- Cook chicken: In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the chicken. After a few minutes, add the garlic and ginger.
- Add vegetables: Once the chicken is golden brown, add the bell peppers.
- Add sauce: Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring well to coat the chicken thoroughly.
- Serve: Serve the sweet chicken over a bed of rice.
